Our Process

  • Our onboarding process is purpose-built to ensure a smooth transition between sales, finance, and production. An easy and seamless client experience in this transition is of paramount importance.

    Our process involves finalizing contracts, connecting with Accounting, assigning dedicated strategists, and conducting thorough kick-off meetings.

    Finalizing Contracts:
    Upon receiving a signed SOW, our Creative Director will review the contract, countersign the agreement, and send it back to you for your records.

    Accounting:
    Within 72 hours of receiving a signed SOW, we will be in touch with a request for the initial payment.

    Quality Assurance:
    For multi-service clients, our Creative Director will be assigned as your main point of contact. Unlike the typical “overloaded Account Manager,” our Creative Director only leads a handful of clients at a time. This allows our Creative Director the time needed to immerse themselves completely in your brand. Our Creative Director will act as a seamless extension of your internal team.

    Initial Audit & Kickoff Meeting:
    Prior to the client kickoff meeting, the team will have requested access to all necessary platforms and reporting tools, which will be used to perform an initial audit of all relevant systems and past marketing activities.

    Your account team will come prepared for the kickoff meeting (30 mins to 1 hour, depending on the type of project) with additional questions and recommendations on how to prioritize your digital marketing opportunities.

    In this meeting, all stakeholders will review a detailed project/service timeline as well as examples of deliverables that will be developed within the first 8 weeks. Additionally, we’ll work through a series of discovery and planning exercises that span subjects such as sales process and performance, marketing goals and current performance, market segmentation, buyer personas, content marketing, advertising channels, and more.

  • Yes, an exhaustive competitor analysis and benchmark report is a complementary initiative/service for all new client programs.

    We leverage best-in-class tools like Google Analytics, Google Trends, Ahref, SEM Rush, and more to deliver comprehensive peer analysis, audit reports, forecasting, and future strategy planning.

Billing & Contracts

  • We accept payments for project via bank transfer, cheque, credit card, or cash.

    Bank Transfers:
    This is an easy and secure way to pay. You will submit your bank information electronically (using TRUSTe) when you receive your invoice via email.

    Cheque:
    For monthly services, invoices will be sent electronically 30 days prior to the recurring campaign date in order to receive payment upon the recurring service date.

    Note: If paying by cheque, work begins once payment has been received.

    Credit Card:
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for invoices that are less than $5,000 KYD.

    Cash:
    We accept cash for invoices that are less than $500 KYD.

    All rates are in Caymanian dollars or in the US equivalent.
    $1.00 KYD = $1.20 USD

  • No, there are never any hidden costs with Hype Life Media.

    We cover all of our work in the set retainer. However, you’ll need to cover any biddable media spend such as Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. This is billed separately from our management fee.

  • No. We don’t believe that’s a good way to build a relationship.

    Our contract is for a monthly retainer and requires the client to provide us 30 days’ notice prior to canceling our contract — that’s it.

  • Each project we work on is specific to the business we are working with. As a result, some services offered do not use a standardized pricing model. Each campaign is tailored to the business we are working with based on what they are looking to achieve and how we can get them there.

    If you’re interested in getting a custom quote that will produce value and make sense to you in the long term, please give us a call or fill out our contact page.
    One of our sales representatives will learn more about your business and provide you with your own custom quote.

  • While we offer customized services at fixed rates, we do not have pre-priced budgets for certain services such as digital marketing and website designs. We also do not have any monthly minimums or required buy-in packages.

    Our ability to handle all budgets; big, small, and in-between sets us apart. Each client’s campaign is evaluated individually based on their goals, needs, and ability. You get back what you put in, so if you can’t afford a comfortable monthly marketing budget, we’ll advise you on your options.

  • Generally speaking, and dependent on the technical specification, your website will be launched within three to four weeks from receipt of a signed purchase order and payment, providing all necessary content and information have been supplied.

    All our websites are built on WordPress, the most popular content management system that uses web technologies such as MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

    Express Service:

  • Yes – most of it.

    Each website Hype Life Media creates comes with a content management system (CMS), which will allow you to edit the text on the pages as often as you like and change things such as photos, prices, business information, etc.

    You will be given full training on the use of WordPress and this is included in your website package.

    Maintenance Service:
    Hype Life Media offers a maintenance service for WordPress websites to keep themes, plugins, and important information updated regularly. To learn more, click here!

  • We use MediaTemple’s Managed WordPress hosting or Self-Serve VPS hosting for all website development projects.

  • Your website is often your potential client’s first impression. We understand the importance of that first impression and guarantee the work that we do.

    Each website is built from the ground up based on your unique requirements and objectives. Before we take on a project, we want to understand the project in addition to what you want to achieve with that website. Our approach to building the website will be laid out with timelines and any requirements from you at the start of the campaign to make the design and/or development process as seamless as possible.

    We meet our deadlines and exceed expectations.

  • Website design and development are completely customized at Hype Life Media.

    A detailed proposal including design, development milestones, payment terms, rates for the domain name and hosting will be presented prior to any work being started.
